U.S. Immigration Law

We represent new businesses, multi-national corporations, investors, and individuals in all areas of business immigration law. Our immigration practice is nationwide, with corporate and individual clients throughout the United States and around the world. We provide a full range of immigration law services, including preparation of applications for nonimmigrant status such as the B-1 (business visitor), E-1 (treaty trader visa), E-2 (investor visa), TN (NAFTA professional worker visa), H-1B (specialty occupation worker visa), H-2B (non-agricultural laborer visa), L-1 (intra-company transferee visa), and O-1 (extraordinary/exceptional ability employee visa), and applications for permanent residence (green card). We advise companies on personnel decisions, corporate immigration policies and procedures, I-9 compliance, and Mexican visas. We also handle fiancé visas, family-based permanent residence, and US naturalization.
